AERIAL FUNDAMENTALS 1 AND 2

In Aerial FUNdamentals 1 you will discover the power, excitement and pure joy of moving freely in all directions in our AntiGravity Hammocks. By learning the basic principles of AntiGravity Fitness you will be able to invert and lengthen and rejuvenate your spine while experiencing Zero Gravity. You are only as young as your spine is flexible.

In Aerial FUNdamentals 2 we will build on the poses, wraps and sequences that we learned in FUNdamentals 1. We will experience new ways of inverting in our AntiGravity Hammocks to further see the benefits we gather from zero gravity inversions.

AERIAL RESTORATIVE YOGA

AntiGravity Aerial Restorative Yoga utilizes the hammock to gently restore and repair the muscular, structural, and nervous system of the body. By floating through mid-air in a series of gentle, gyrokinetic motions. The entire spine is deeply opened, as synovial fluids release into the joints, hydrating the cartilage that cushions them. The weightlessness provided by the hammock allows the body to glide to the extent of its flexibility with zero compression on the joints and connecting tissues. The incorporation of mindful breathing, visualization, and muscle awareness serves to engage the mind in presence, avoiding mental distractions and allowing to access a deeper sense of oneness with his or her own self, in mind, body and spirit.

AERIAL KIDZ

In Aerial Kidz is for ages 5-12. We will learn how to safely play in the hammock. Kidz will explore fun poses and positions from caterpillars and butterflies to Mermaids and Sharks swimming under the ocean. Super Heroes will fly through the air and flip upside down! Please dress in cotton tops and bottoms to reduce slippage.

AERIAL DANCE

Aerial Dance is the combination of my love of dance and aerial. It is a short choreographed number to music. We will mix ballet and contemporary dance with Aerial poses and sequence moving from the floor to the hammock in fluid transitions.

AERIAL FLIPZ N TRICKZ


Flipz N' Trickz: Welcome to a fun hour of flips, tricks and fun poses! All in the glowing atmosphere of a light show and black lights. Dress in bright clothes to GLOW while we work out our bodies while partying it up!!

ADULT LYRA HOOP(14 & UP)

Explore the aerial art of Lyra Hoop. Open to ages 14 and up. All levels welcome. Leggings and shirts that cover your underarms is suggested but not required

KIDZ LYRA HOOP (AGES 6-13)

Learn the basics of the aerial art of Lyra Hoop. Open to kids age 6-13. All levels welcome.  Leggings and shirts that cover your underarms is suggested but not required

AERIAL STRONG

Aerial Strong is our version of TRX(Total Resistance Training) in a Tabata or HIIT format. Total Resistance Training utilizes your own body weight and our Aerial Hammocks. We focus on targeting the upper and lower body from multiple angles. There is less injury because you're using your body as your weight and not externally pushing the body. Plus most exercises aren't hard on joints and you can change the  intensity if need be. Sneakers and water are suggested.

AERIAL FAMILY FUNDAMENTALS

Aerial Family FUNdamentals adults and children  will discover the power, excitement and pure joy of moving freely in all directions in our AntiGravity Hammocks. By learning the basic principles of AntiGravity Fitness you will be able to invert and lengthen and rejuvenate your spine while experiencing Zero Gravity. You are only as young as your spine is flexible. This class is for ages 5-105. Parents and kids can enjoy flying together in this class.

POLE FITNESS 1

Come learn the basics of Pole Fitness. From spins and pirouettes and even a basic pole climb. Static pole with Spinning pole on some occasions. Gain the upper body and core strength needed to further your Pole Journey!

POLE FITNESS 2

Once you've mastered the basic spins and turns, come to Level 2. Here we will test our strength with climbing, inversions and more tricks. Some short routine work from time to time. Tank top and booty shorts suggested. Pole shoes allowed.
